CERTIFICATION
S&S has a Quality Control Program whose Staff has the following Certifications: FDOT 450, ACI Field Grade I, ACI Concrete Lab Testing, PCI Level I, II, & III. S&S follows both the current FDOT Standards and PCI MNL 116. S&S has a plant Certification issued by CCI, and a concrete testing lab Certification issued by CMEC.
